You’ll commonly hear AVID Pro Tools and the term “industry standard” in the same sentence…there’s a reason why they have built up such a strong reputation. Their products like Avid Media Composer and Pro Tools are generally considered the reference point for computer-based video and audio editing. 

The Pro Tools software (Digital Audio Workstation or DAW), is available in a few different options. So we will briefly break them down here for you to get the one best suited for your needs.

      2. Paying for the full year upfront allows you to effectively enjoy a discount of 2 months when you pay in full upfront
   2. Perpetual License plan
      1. Buy it once and own it forever
      2. Comes with a 1-Year Software Updates + Support Plan, which includes access to all new releases, bonus plugins (including UVI Falcon), and, support, renewable annually (see System Requirements)
3. Pro Tools | Ultimate
