Shipping Rates & Delivery or Pick-Up Options
- For Orders placed via our Website, we currently offer products for in-store pick-up or delivery to addresses within the Sultanate of Oman. See below for Order delivery/collection options.
- Orders are typically delivered on weekdays, excluding Oman public holidays. Occasionally, delivery may occur over the weekend. If you are living in a gated community, kindly ensure that any necessary Gate Passes have been arranged ahead of time to facilitate a smooth delivery. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries.
- Delivery shall be to the “delivery address” specified by the customer. Handover shall be deemed to have taken place even if the buyer delays in accepting the goods. Additional fees will be imposed to the customer for delay in accepting delivery, being unavailable on agreed delivery date or for re-delivery to address not specified in the order.
- Delivery rates are specified here for a maximum of 20 KG: 3.500 OMR*Calculated from the date your order is confirmed by a representative from Talentz**For all orders that do not fall within the above city limits, or for orders that exceed 20 KG, please inquire about the shipping costs.
***While we are strongly committed to delivering within the estimated timelines above, larger items such as Acoustic Pianos may need longer. If you have not received your order within the specified days above, kindly contact us.
- The items must be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt in order to detect any transportation damage. Customers must ensure that such damage is confirmed in writing to the shipping company upon delivery, and reported to Talentz.
- Large Items & Installation:
For items that are large or that require installation, such as Pianos, we will contact you to agree a delivery date once your items are ready. Please specify three time-slot preferences for delivery which we can communicate to the shipping company. Once agreed, you will be responsible for arranging appropriate means of access to your property, including hallways and lifts, and accepting delivery and installation on that date. Please notify us if you foresee any potential issues.If no one is available to accept delivery, or if we are unable to gain access to your delivery address, a re-delivery charge will be applied and due before the re-delivery. Talentz shall not be held responsible if you appoint a third party to accept delivery of your order. Customers must ensure service elevator access is arranged for delivery on the first floor and above. Additional charges may apply if such arrangements are not sufficient.We will not be liable for loss or damage to the goods or your property if caused by:
- limited access to your delivery address;
- items not fitting into your property
- following your instructions
