Description
The Dholki or Naal is a very popular percussion rhythm instrument usually made of Shisham or Neem wood.
It has two leather heads one on each side which are fitted on the shell with hooks and nut and bolts. The tuning of the heads can be done by tightening and loosening the nuts on the hook. The Dholki is used extensively in folk music, marriages and on other festive occasions.
