Description
The Gibson Les Paul Traditional Pro V shares DNA with the great Les Paul tradition, but with some contemporary features: a mahogany body with lightening holes, a mahogany neck with an asymmetric ergonomic profile, a variable bend radius for maximum comfort.
The pickups are a pair of new Tradbuckers: the neck one has a lower number of windings than normal, which contributes to a soft and warm sound, while the bridge one has a higher number of windings, which implies a greater output.
The electronics of the Gibson Les Paul Traditional V also increase the versatility of this instrument, thanks to the presence of push/pull controls that allow you to split the humbuckers and select between external or internal coils. Finally, a push/pull control positioned on the tone of the bridge pickup allows you to put the pickups out of phase.
