The corrugations are produced from a special quality of foamed flexible polyurethane polyester base, with a homogeneous mass and an optimal percentage
of closed cells for a high sound-absorbing performance.
The polyhedrons of the cells have 20-30% open walls so that the air carrying the acoustic wave can enter.
At the same time, they are 70-80% closed with elastic membranes to absorb the energy of the air molecules resulting in sound absorption.
Their special feature is the wavy surface configuration that provides multiple active sound-absorbing surface compared to flat products of the same average thickness.
